# Maple Mocha Marshmallow Cloud

I meant to sip. I gulped. 🤎☕️☁️

One generous iced coffee. These are suggested starting amounts for the milk, fluff and cream; adjust them to your cup and taste.

## Gather
- 2–4 shots of espresso, depending on how bold you like your coffee. Optional: use your Nespresso maple coffee pod, brewed for your machine.
- About ¾ cup milk total: oat milk, fairlife lactose-free dairy milk, or a blend.
- 1 teaspoon mocha syrup.
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
- 1 tablespoon real marshmallow fluff.
- 2 tablespoons cold heavy cream.
- Ice and a tiny sprinkle of salt.

## Make it
1. Get your favorite cup. Brew your espresso and stir in the mocha and maple syrups while it’s warm.
2. Fill your cup with ice. Add your milk, leaving room for the espresso and cloud, then pour in the coffee.
3. Whip the real marshmallow fluff with the cold heavy cream until soft and spoonable. A small whisk or handheld frother works; stop before it becomes stiff.
4. Spoon the cloud over your coffee. Finish with a tiny sprinkle of salt.
5. Sip slowly if you can. I couldn’t.

Whip. Sprinkle. Sip. ☁️

For the Mocha Marshmallow Cloud, leave out the maple syrup; keep the real marshmallow fluff. For a hot version, skip the ice and warm the milk. For a lighter topping, omit the cream and froth a little cold oat milk with the fluff; it will be lighter, not the same whipped-cream cloud.

Ingredient note: fairlife is lactose-free dairy milk, not dairy-free. Heavy cream also contains dairy. Check your fluff and syrup labels for other ingredients and allergens. Brand mentions describe ingredient options, not a paid partnership.
