A little
show-off energy.

First up: Oyamallow.

Real marshmallow fluff. Espresso. Oat milk. A little extra.

“Shakara” brings that show-off spirit. Our names bring Nigerian personality and a little coffee wordplay.

And the one to come back for.

Honey Sabi: whipped salted-honey espresso with oat milk. Add dairy heavy cream for more foam, or skip it for a lighter foam. Heavy cream contains dairy, including when added to an oat-milk drink.

A note from Michelle Jahnke

A good cup is
a small way back.

Some mornings need a little softness. Good espresso, a generous cloud, and a moment that belongs to you.

Couv Coffee began in my kitchen, with coffee, matcha, a song playing, and the pleasure of making one lovely thing. A little Nigerian warmth. A little Pacific Northwest daydream. Home, in a cup.

I’m making Couv for the neighbor who wants something lovely on the way into their day. A small menu, made with care, and a little something to look forward to.
